Dr. Kristen Duncan, Au.D.
Owner
Dr. Kristen Duncan, Au.D. is a graduate of the Doctoral Program in Audiology from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. In addition, Dr. Duncan holds a Master’s degree in Audiology from Bloomsburg University as well as a B.S. in Communication Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh. With 23 years of clinical experience in audiology, much of her career has focused on diagnostic testing and treatment of patients with hearing impairment. Dr. Duncan’s special interests include patient counseling and hearing aid fittings using the latest digital technology.
A native of Central PA, Dr. Duncan resides in Mechanicsburg with her husband and son.

Dr. Danette Nulph, Au.D.
Owner
Dr. Danette Nulph, Au.D. has been an audiologist treating patients with varying degrees of hearing loss for over 20 years. Throughout her career, she has worked in various settings focusing on diagnostic testing and treatment of patients with hearing impairment. She is currently a Pennsylvania licensed Audiologist where she is working in private practice.
Dr. Nulph obtained her B.S in Communication Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s degree in Audiology from Bloomsburg University. In 2007 Dr. Nulph obtained her Doctorate degree in Audiology from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology.
Dr. Nulph takes special interest in improving her patient’s communication needs by fitting the latest in digital hearing aid technology. She has had further training in the management of tinnitus.
In her spare time, Dr. Nulph enjoys spending time with her two daughters in Mount Wolf, PA.

Dr. Michelle Dukes, Au.D.
Audiologist
Dr. Michelle Dukes, Au.D. obtained her Doctorate Degree in Audiology from Bloomsburg University in 2016 and her B.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology from East Stroudsburg University in 2012. Dr. Dukes’ past clinician experience has allowed her to work with a wide variety of audiological services and patient populations, from pediatric to geriatric, in various settings. She takes special interest in working with patients to better understand their hearing and communication needs.
Dr. Dukes is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA) and holds the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A). Dr. Dukes currently resides in Mechanicsburg, PA where she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Office Care Coordinator
Jen enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and their 3 children in Mount Holly Springs, PA.

Jay Miller
Office Manager
Jay joined the Duncan-Nulph Hearing Associates Team in January 2021. Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work. He coordinates a broad range of office activities to provide quality patient care and thoroughly enjoys working at Duncan-Nulph Hearing Associates.
He served 20 years in the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman. He has worked in a multitude of medical settings throughout his career.
Jay lives in York and enjoys spending time with his family and golden doodle.

Lynn Fickes
Audiology Assistant
Lynn has always taken a special interest in improving patients’ quality of life. Her focus at Duncan-Nulph Hearing Associates will be to optimize a patient’s hearing aid experience while supplementing the excellent care provided by our doctors.
Lynn resides in Newville with her husband and in her free time, she enjoys the outdoors while running, biking, hiking, and kayaking.
